At SchemeCloud, we are committed to ensuring your smart water infrastructure reaches you safely and efficiently. Whether you are ordering a single meter or a full kiosk system, our logistics are designed for reliability.

1. Delivery Timelines

We strive to process and dispatch all hardware orders within 1–3 business days.

  • Within Nairobi: Delivery usually takes 24 hours via local courier or dedicated transport.

  • Countrywide (Kenya): Delivery to major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.) takes 2–3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to deep-field locations may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Delivery: Starting from KES 500.

  • Bulk/Heavy Equipment: For items like the Water Kiosk ATM, shipping costs will be quoted separately by our logistics team to ensure specialized handling.

3. Digital Delivery (SaaS)

For our Billing & Monitoring Cloud System:

  • Access is granted instantly upon successful payment or account verification.

  • Setup instructions and login credentials will be sent to your registered email immediately.

4. Tracking & Confirmation

Once your hardware order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or Email confirmation containing your tracking number and the contact details of the courier partner (e.g., G4S, Wells Fargo, or our in-house delivery team).

5. Inspection Upon Receipt

We take great care in packaging your smart tech. Please inspect the items immediately upon delivery.

  • Damages: Any physical damage or discrepancies must be reported to info@schemecloud.co.ke within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a claim.
