Using SchemeCloud, you can keep track of all the information needed for meter reading. From customer and meter details to route orders and rates, everything can be edited quickly and easily. With multiple ways to record readings, including our Android App, you have the flexibility to work in the way that suits you best. After the readings have been uploaded, they can be edited and regrouped or deleted as necessary.

Dynamic Customer Portal

SchemeCloud can be used not only by the scheme manager, but also by a scheme’s members. The customer web portal will show members information related to their own account, including:

Details of their meter readings, comparisons to scheme averages, and usage trends

Their member account, including transaction history with the ability to download any of their bills

Notices and news from the Scheme management

The ability to leave feedback for scheme management
